Corona-Zeit, ist sie nun vorbei oder nicht? So wie es aussieht will dieses «C-Ding» nicht so richtig verschwinden.

Eine Erinnerung aus der Coronazeit geht mir nicht aus dem Kopf: Ich durfte Wein trinken, ich musste nicht Wein trinken. Man lasse sich diese Worte in einem Glas Wein zergehen…. Am besten ist das Glas mit einem Salconio gefüllt. Der ideale Wein zum Philosophieren.

In unserem Beruf ist es schwierig, das «Müssen» und «Dürfen» im Weingenuss zu unterscheiden. Persönlich erlebe ich Momente, in denen ich gerne auf den Weingenuss verzichten möchte. Glücklicherweise sind heute viele Weine gut, es gibt wenig schlechte Weine.

Wenn Unlust und Fuselwein zusammenkommen, ist das eine kleine Katastrophe. Wenn dieser Moment noch mit unsympathischen Mittrinkern abgerundet wird, ist die Negativspirale perfekt.

Zwei Schlussfolgerungen:
– Das Leben ist zu kurz, um schlechte Weine zu trinken
– Wein trinkt man am besten nur mit sympathischen und lieben Leuten.
